Pewter Partner Program

Effective October 2026. A summary of how the program works; your signed partner agreement governs if anything differs.

1. Commission

For each Qualified Referral that closes, Pewter pays the partner 10% of the licensing payment received by the referred business, up to a maximum of $100,000 per business. Commission is paid once per business, regardless of later payments, renewals or additional licenses.

2. Qualified Referral

• The business was introduced through your personal referral link or registered by you on the referral page.
• The business was not already in Pewter's pipeline when you introduced it.
• The owner or an authorized decision-maker agreed to hear from Pewter before you introduced them.
• The business completes a data-licensing transaction arranged by Pewter within 12 months of your introduction.

If more than one partner introduces the same business, the first registered introduction receives the credit.

3. Payment

Commission is paid within 30 days after the referred business has been paid and Pewter has received its own fee for the transaction. No commission is owed on transactions that do not close, are reversed or refunded, or for which Pewter is not paid. Partners must provide a completed W-9 (or equivalent) before payment and are responsible for their own taxes.

4. Conduct

• Make introductions honestly. Don't promise any payout amount, timeline or result.
• Don't send unsolicited bulk email or messages on Pewter's behalf, and don't use Pewter's name in paid advertising without written approval.
• Don't share any business's records or confidential information with Pewter. We only need contact details and context.
• Disclose to the owner that you may receive a referral fee where your profession or relationship requires it.

5. Relationship

Partners are independent. Nothing in the program makes you an employee, agent or legal representative of Pewter, and you may not bind Pewter to any agreement. There is no cost to join and no minimum number of introductions.

6. Changes and termination

Either side may end participation at any time by email. Commission remains payable on Qualified Referrals introduced before the end date that close within the 12-month window. Pewter may update these terms with notice by email; changes don't affect introductions already registered.
